We understand that having strangers work in your space can be uncomfortable and a little awkward. That’s why we’ve come up with a process that not only keeps you in the loop but keeps you top of mind.

We want you to feel comfortable as we go through each step, which is why we are completely transparent with each part of our process.

A New Look For Your Home In 10 Easy Steps

Something almost every single one of our clients loves about us is our transparency.

One of the ways we do this is by outlining our process below.

1. Fill Out Our Form

Please fill out our contact form with as many details you can about your refinishing project so that we can get a great idea of your overall project.

2. Phone Consultation

We’ll get in touch with you within 24 hours to talk more about your project and how we can help turn your dreams into a reality.

3. On-Site Consultation

We’ll have an on-site consultation that includes an inspection of your project site where we’ll discuss more about your project and start planning the details. To book dates on our calendar, a 50% deposit is required.

4. Sign The Contract

Once we’ve gone over the project entirely, including budget and timeline, we will walk through the contract together. When everything is good to go, and you’re good with all the details, we’ll sign the contract.

6. Protect Your Home And The Site

Before we start doing any work, we will make sure your home is safe and protected from any dust or debris that may occur during refinishing.

7. We Get To Work

Once everything is protected, we will start working our magic. Before you know it, you’ll be able to enjoy your newly refinished space.

8. Clean Your Space

Once we have finished the project, we make sure to clean up the job site. We leave it spotless and ready for you to use.

9. Post-Job Walkthrough

After everything is perfectly cleaned, together we will walk through the project to make sure that we haven’t missed anything. After we leave, you have 3 days to perform your own detailed inspection to ensure everything is exactly as it should be. If needed, we will come out and fix any issues.

10. Full Product & workmanship Warranty

All of our work is guaranteed against peeling or delamination for 2 years for countertops, bathtubs and tile refinishing. Cabinet refinishing or refacing has a full 5 year warranty. Epoxy/Polyaspartic concrete floor coatings range from 1 year to limited lifetime warranty, depends on the options you choose. We also provide a full workmanship warranty on all services. We are not happy unless you are happy! We follow up every six months for the first year, whether in person or by phone dependent on project complexity.
